Artist Trust grant recipients are required to submit supplemental images for use in our online recipient profiles and in our print newsletter, Art Source. Images need to adhere to these standards in order to be useful, and will not be returned.
Please review your discipline for the appropriate materials:
- Literary Art – a portrait of yourself
- Craft Art – a portrait of yourself and new work samples that fit the image requirements below
- Media Art – a portrait of yourself and film stills of your work
- Music/Performance Art – a portrait of yourself and performance shots
- Visual Art – a portrait of yourself and new work samples that fit the image requirements below
- Emerging Fields & Cross-Disciplinary Art – a portrait of yourself and either film stills, performance shots as appropriate
- Traditional & Folk Art – a portrait of yourself
IMAGE requirements
- Minimum 900 pixels in height or width
- Resolution must be 300 dpi/ppi
- JPEG or TIFF format (no gifs)

- OPTION B – CD: Submit a CD of your image(s) to:

IMAGE and PHOTOÂ Credit
Supply appropriate photo and/or production credits with all images submitted.
Artist Name Bold, Title Italic, materials, dimensions (HxWxD), year created. Photo credit.

- Titles of artworks, poems, dances, plays, films, music must be italicized.
- Include photo credits with all images (e.g., photo: Jane Doe)
Artist Trust retains the right to reproduce images and other content taken from recipient work samples submitted as part of the grant process as well as artist photos provided.
