Eastern Oregon University / Seeks Photography/Videography Instructor 

Position Description:  Eastern Oregon University seeks a qualified, creative individual for a one year fixed-term position to serve both Art and Media Arts Programs.  The successful candidate will be a dedicated professional with an active studio agenda.  This position includes courses in traditional b/w photography, digital photography, graphics, videography, and co-supervision of the Media Arts capstones.  The candidate must be committed to ensuring that every student, faculty and staff member is a full member of the EOU community and that all community members recognize, promote and take advantage of the educational and cultural value of diversity. 

Education/Experience:  MA requiredAn MFA in Photography, Digital Media Production, Videography, or equivalent art area is preferred.  Teaching experience at the college level preferred. The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution or foreign equivalent. Rank: This is a full-time, nine-month, fixed-term appointment at the instructor or visiting assistant professor level.  Appointment begins September 16, 2009.
