The central aim of the competition is to work with the world of art to develop the new "Europaalee" district and raise it to internationally comparable standards.  In the first phase of the venture, a curator with a master plan for further art projects will be appointed.  He or she sill then supervise - both conceptually and in the implementation - a second phase which will consist of various art competitions based on his/her original curator concept.
