6th Day Dance is a not-for-profit contemporary dance company that uses professional dance works for the purpose of impacting people of all cultures in a positive and uplifting way. The company, founded in 2001 by Lyndee Breece, April Cunningham and Jennifer Rowse, strives for creative excellence through the use of dance in fulfilling its mission of performing, providing outreach to at risk youth, and professional dance training to the community.  6th Day explores the human condition and experience, from the comedy and the tragedy to the worldly and the spiritual. Incorporating techniques from the spectrum of modern, jazz, ballet and hip hop dance genres, 6th Day’s choreography intentionally provokes thought through electrifying athleticism, high energy, and unpredictable choreography. 21823 8th Pl W Information Resources6th Day Dance / Performing Company / Seeks Dancers6th Day Dance will be holding auditions for the performing company on August 10th, 2008 from 1:30 to 4:00pm at Ballet Academy of Performing Arts. Company membership is a volunteer position with the possibility of a dancer stipend. 6th Day Dance / Apprentice Program6th Day Dance, a not-for-profit dance company located in Bothell, WA, will be holding auditions for their fall Apprentice Program on August 10th, 2008.
