I am a local full-time artist who only works during the day in my space. It is a fully livable space with a full kitchen, bath, and sleeping loft, as well as a huge work area. Great for a painting, photography, or graphic design students. Couples are accepted. There is parking and bus line as well as the light rail about 4 blocks away. This is part of an Artist Collective participating in Art Walks that coordinate with Georgetown ArtAttack about every 4 months.

Rent is $800 per month for a single person or $950 for a couple. Utilities are split with 1/2 share being around $150 per month in winter. Includes a phone. DSL extra.

Must like dogs, as I have a little 20lb terrier that comes to work with me. Would consider your pet as long as it gets along with mine.
