Urban Work Lofts offers a variety of studio spaces for rent. Individual rental spaces are interconnected to a community of professional office spaces, common areas, break room and conference centers. Each Work Loft has private doors, 10 foot ceilings, and large openable windows that overlook Safeco field, downtown Seattle, The Port of Seattle, and Puget Sound. Every Loft is fully equipped with multiple outlets, lighting, programmable heaters, internet connection, phone jacks, and possible Comcast cable connection. Several large, gated, indoor parking garages fitted with bike racks, lighting, and security cameras allow free parking for tenants and their guests. Individual units do not have personal sinks; however, there are sink and work clean up areas located in on every floor, separate from the bathroom and wash areas. Men's and women's restrooms, shower rooms, and filtered drinking fountains are located on each floor.

Lofts are 138 sqft and up, with over 40 different layouts, views, and floor plans available. Rent starts at $338.10/month. Electricity is monitored individually per work loft and is added to the monthly rent.
