Ultimately, the marketing director is responsible for the image of the organization to the public.  Responsible for reaching earned revenue budget that s/he creates each year with the assistance of the executive director.  Works closely with executive director, staff, board, and volunteers to meet the goals/objectives throughout the year.  Full-time with benefits.  Knowledge of the Seattle theater scene, the local press, and of ArtsWest a plus.
