Seattle Center is seeking a designer to create new Winterfest site decoration.  Elements will include, at minimum, Center House stage proscenium, 26 foot tree decor, model-train operation unit, planter containers, and general décor for Center House, ice rink and possible outdoor elements.   Fabrication is negotiable.  Design implementation will happen in stages, possibly over a period of a couple of years.  The stage proscenium is likely to be implemented in 2007.
