Responsibilities include:  Management of the Principals’ Arts Leadership Program, a project that supports elementary school principals and their staff as they develop and implement multi-year arts plans; development and administration of educational events and workshops; management of program budgets; event sponsorship solicitation; oversight of our growing membership program; grant management and reporting; supervision of part-time staff, consultants, and volunteers; marketing of the organization’s programs; assistance with advocacy efforts; occasional database management and book-keeping; other duties as needed. Occasional evening and weekend work required. Desired attributes: A passion for arts education; previous experience in a small non-profit arts organization, well developed strategic thinking skills; capacity to be flexible; desire to learn; detail oriented and dependable; ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines; computer proficiency is a must and skill set needs to include Excel, Access, and Publisher. Compensation: Salary depends on Qualifications/Experience. Range is $27,000-$33,000.
