Artspace is pleased to announce that applications are available for residency in the Hiawatha Artist Lofts located at 843 Hiawatha Place South in Seattle’s Central District. Applications accepted from 8 AM - 2 PM at 115 Prefontaine Place South (TK Artist Lofts). Hiawatha is scheduled to open in February 2008. Construction moving forward smoothly thanks to the great team of Marpac Construction and Stickney Murphy romine Architects.

All six storefronts have been leased. We expect to open in February with residential spaces fully leased as well. Have sent out over 200 applications to date.
