The Pine Street Studio on Capitol Hill has openings for new members in it's photography share. 

The unit has very high (16ft) ceilings.  It is approx 500 sqaure feet with an adjacent bathroom, security, great architecture, and amenities for client comfort.  All utilities are included.  Monthly rent is $150 and you get 20 hours per monthexclusive use of the studio.
