Generate marketing collateral including items such as: flyers, brochures, advertising, postcards, proposals, presentations & press releases within corporate templates for print or internet. Some original design work, using more sophisticated features of software and requiring knowledge of graphic design principles and, if applicable, basic skills in html, java or other web tools. Consult with internal clients about marketing needs. Support marketing department projects as needed, including production assistance if necessary. Ability to comprehend and interpret documents. Ability to produce materials in a predesigned style and format. Ability to respond to direction and feedback from co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal group. Must be able achieve set results and meet deadlines. Requirements: Associate's Degree or Equivalent. 3-5 Years experience preferred. Requires Adobe CS3 experience. Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print design publishing and graphic design principles. Intermediate skills with various software programs including InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic html and web design skills with Dreamweaver. Contract position, approximately 32 hours a week for 1 month. Must have mac workstation. Possible extension. Salary commensurate with experience.
