I am looking to sublet my chinatown studio space from April 1st to June 21st and possible longer. The space is about 600 sf. has several professional tools, spray room for smelly work, 14 foot tall ceilings, concrete floors, reliable power, very secure building, parking, rooftop common space. There are no windows in this space. I am going on residencies for several months and am looking for a reliable person to take over my studio while i am gone. 14th and s jackson.
