Snohomish County is seeking applicants with a deep interest and appreciation in the cultural and arts to serve as alternate commissioners for the Snohomish County Arts Commission. County residents who have relevant experience or skills are encouraged to apply. Currently there are four alternate position openings for citizens of District 1, 2, 5 and one “At Large” position. The Arts Commission serves as a 14 member advisory board to the County Executive and the County Council, ultimately serving the citizens of Snohomish County. The volunteer terms are four years in duration. The Arts Commission meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 12:30 until 2:00 at the county campus in downtown Everett.
