4Culture is assisting the North Highline Unincorporated Area Council Steve Cox Memorial Task Force in commissioning an artwork celebrating the life and service of King County Deputy, Steve Cox.

The site for the artwork shall be in an exterior location at the Steve Cox Memorial Park in White Center, Washington.
 
4Culture will manage the artist selection process and assist the Committee during artwork approval process and fabrication. Competitive applicants will have portfolio examples of permanently-sited exterior artwork. The budget is $20,000 all inclusive. Open to WA artists only.
