Washington State Arts Commission / Public Artist Roster Competition 2008 / Call for ArtistsDeadline: June 16, 2008 Apply online at http://www.arts.wa.gov/public-art/index.shtml The Washington State Arts Commission is accepting online applications for its Public Artist Roster of professional visual artists eligible for commissions of new work through the Art in Public Places Program. Selected artists will be qualified for state percent‐for‐art projects with budgets from $25,000 ‐ $300,000 at colleges, universities, public schools, and state agencies. This competition is open to artists in the Western US, British Columbia, and nationally by nomination.
