This great live work studio will be available to rent June- September. Located a few blocks from the International District and a 10-minute walk to downtown this is a fabulous and convenient place to live. The space has south facing windows, which provides abundant daylight. The building is filled with lots of great artists. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with everyone on the floor however no one else lives on the floor (thus there is minimal usage from others). First and last deposit and $200 key deposit.
