Entry Fee: $35 subscribers, $50 non-subscribers
Open to: International Artists 18 and older. Student work NOT eligible. Submit images of original works created since January, 2006. Sculptors featured in Sculptural Pursuit articles before January 2006 are eligible. Submission Requirements: Submit high quality images on a CD accompanied by an SP Entry Form. The entry form is available in the April and July 2008 issues of SP, and under the "Entry Deadline" section above. Sculpture/Painting: submit a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 images with a separate entry form for each category. Images may be placed on one CD. Poetry: submit up to 6 short or 3 long poems on a CD with an entry form listing each title. Entry Fees: a credit card number, expiration date, and signature, or a check made out to Hammer & Pen Productions, or a money order for the required jury fee of $35 for subscribers and $50 for non-subscribers (in U.S. dollars) must accompany your entry. Submit a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with sufficient postage for the return of your CD. Digital Requirements: Submit images at 300 dpi, minimum size 9" x 12" (2700 pixels by 3600 pixels), in CMYK, JPG or TIF format. Please don't send small images taken at a low resolution and changed in Photoshop to a higher dpi or larger print size. To be selected as a winner and for magazine print quality, please submit high-quality, professional images. Save each image with artist's first initial, last name, work title, and medium. Number and title each CD image to match the information on the entry form. Print clearly artist's full name, contact information, work title, size, and medium on the entry form. All winners notified by November 1, 2008, listed in the December 2008 issue of CREATIVE WISDOM, and presented in the January/Spring 2009 issue of Sculptural Pursuit. Non-winning entrants will be individually notified of the results. Mail CD postmarked no later than August 18, 2008 with a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 images per category, accompanied by a completed, clearly printed entry form to:
