4Culture, King County Dept. of Transportation / South Park Bridge Replacement Project / Seek Artist4Culture and the King County Department of Transportation Bridge Division seek a United States artist to join the design team for the South Park Bridge Replacement Project. The selected artist shall receive a Design Contract for $60,000.
