Beautiful movement studio (approx 1000 sq feet) with hardwood floors, exposed brick, high ceilings, 180 windows, stereo, permanent storage and bathroom (down the hallway). We are a group of choreographers, teachers, and a photographer who share the space for $193/month for 10 hours/week each. This averages to about $5 an hour.
