Pratt Fine Arts Center is currently seeking qualified applicants for the Youth Art Works Manager position.

Compensation: $13.50 an hour at 24-30 hours a week

Structure:
This position reports to the Education Director. This is a part-time hourly position. The Manager works closely with Executive Director, Education Director, Education Associate, Youth instructors, Youth Art Works evaluator, and partnering organizations.

General Duties:
The Youth Art Works Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage Pratt’s youth programs, providing vision as well as administrative and project support. The Manager supervises six to ten youth art works instructors and teaching assistants and maintains positive relations with partnering organizations.
