The Space has ample natural lighting as well as bright overhead lights, french doors, and high ceilings.

Also has a full sized refrigerator, bathroom and covered patio.  The alley access serves as a great loading/unloading area.

 You will be sharing this 400sq. foot space with 1 mixed-media artist and a dog. 
 
Available 7 days a week, with 24 hour access. 

Quiet hours: 1am-8am.  

First and last months' rent is required. 

Rent is determined by a variety of factors. 
-How much personal space do you require? 
-Will you be using the studio’s tools or your own tools exclusively?
Est rent:  $150-$400 Utilities included.

Street parking is available in our quiet and low traffic neighborhood.   
Restaurants, stores, coffee shops and bus lines are within a 10 minute walk

This studio hosts two shows each year, which are free to all artists involved!
