The City of Kenmore, WA seeks an artist from Washington or Oregon to create a public work as a part of its new City Hall development. The designated space includes the front entry to the facility, which is a covered outdoor terrace that will overlook a future plaza expansion, as well as the interior lobby space. 

The plan supports the creation of a pedestrian-friendly environment with gracious open spaces, public gathering opportunities and residential housing units. 

The total budget for the project is $129,000.  Project partners include: City of Kenmore, Weinstein AU, Murase Associates, KPFF Consulting Engineers, Olympic Associates, BN Builders and 4Culture .
