The Mount Vernon Downtown Business Association is staging a Fall Harvest Festival along First Street on Saturday September 27th, and seeking skilled artists, artisans, and food vendors from Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and Snohomish Counties. Vendors need a UBI # and some work sample photographs where appropriate, to mail along with your application. |
