Federal Poverty Guidelines 

 





The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issues new Federal Poverty Guidelines every year. These guidelines are commonly referred to as the "Federal Poverty Level" (FPL) and serve as one of the indicators for determining eligibility in a wide variety of Federal and State programs.
