 SCHOLARSHIPS STILL AVAILABLE

Artist Trust, with generous support from the Icicle Fund, announces the availability of a limited number of scholarships for practicing artists from North Central Washington – Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan and Grant counties to attend the 2009 Cultural Congress, presented by the Washington State Arts Alliance on April 27-29 at the Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat in Leavenworth.

Artist Trust will present workshops for artists working in all disciplines on entrepreneurial strategies and techniques to help sustain professional and art-making practices. Full details of Cultural Congress speakers and schedule can be found at www.wsartsalliance.com.

Selected artists receive up to $205 toward Cultural Congress registration and a one-year Artist Trust membership ($45 value). Learn more about Artist Trust membership here.

Twenty scholarships are available to practicing North Central artists (Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan and Grant counties), first-come, first-served. Please download, complete and email the application to info@artisttrust.org. Scholarship value not to exceed Cultural Congress registration fees. Artists’ name and contact information will be provided to the Icicle Fund. Upon notification of the scholarship, artists will receive a discount code to use for registration.
